I wanted to find out what information trended between the examples CV’s. I took notes and using the fields to create 2 templates.

I also read a great infographic on designtaxi.com entitled -Infographic: 7 Tips To Create An Amazing Design Résumé http://designtaxi.com/news/375327/Infographic-7-Tips-To-Create-An-Amazing-Design-R-sum/.

With this in mind and everything we had covered on building a successful CV I noted the do’s and don’t’s

  • CV should fit into your stationary branding and speak the same language through e.g. Online presence, Business Cards, Twitter, e.t.c.
  • Should be single sided
  • should be unique and show your niche
  • could be created for a specific client/audience
  • do not lie/ make false accusations
